This time the story is going on in Muzaffarnagar in UP which is officially considered as the crime capital of our country. Murder, kidnapping, marauding here is a minor matter. Some such exploits that we all get blown away by listening to, have become a habit of Muzaffarnagar. The entire city is occupied by two Gangs.

The first is that of two brothers who have devils stuffed in the name of mind. They play with the lives of people as if Ludo's game is going on. From hanging humans on trees to firing bullets all over the village without getting scared, it is like playing left-handed for them. And the word fear has disappeared somewhere from his dictionary.

The second gang leader is Shaukeen, who works less than passion and more than conscious. It is quite clever with the mind and kills its enemies more than their weaknesses that have become less than bullets. His fear in the people is filled with something as if he was born to salute the lover. Does not even dare to stand with him when he raises his voice against her.

The twist in the story comes when Muzaffarnagar is entrusted with the new SSP officer Naveen Sikhera, who was forced to do the job of police due to some incidents in his childhood. Now they definitely want to come under the fire of every criminal who dares to harm people in any way. They have only one objective in life, to win the confidence of the people and eliminate the fear of the criminals sitting inside them.
