Maharani SonyLiv Story
First of all, let me clarify that the Maharani web series is inspired by true events. In the 1990s, Lalu Prasad Yadav was the Chief Minister of Bihar, who was the first and only sitting Chief minister to go to jail, he instates his wife Rabri Devi as chief minister before going to jail.
The "Maharani" web series story revolves around a village woman, Rani Bharti whose life changes overnight. Rani Bharti is a homemaker and her husband is a Chief Minister of Bihar. While her Chief Minister husband is busy in politics, she takes care of her three children and manages all the household work single-handedly.
The twist in the story comes, when Rani's husband decided to resign their CM's position and makes an announcement where he declares that his wife becomes the next Chief Minister of Bihar.
She first refuses to accept the offer, but at last, she accepts to take the oath as the next Chief Minister of Bihar.
What will happen next?
Will she be able to manage the role of Chief Minister and the surrounding conspiracy?
